STEM Play 2013 - Taylor

TAY STEM 
Taylor fifth-graders combined science, history and theater when they performed in "Nefertiti" on Friday afternoon, a play that featured elements of Egyptian culture as well as the Periodical Table of Elements.  Click on the picture above for the full length performance video.

In addition to dancing and music, there were a couple science experiments thrown in for good measure.

Taylor Elementary has picked an Egyptian Theme this year to showcase their science, technology, engineering and math focus. This video edited by Joanna, a fifth grader, is the promotion for the theatrical performance on Friday, November 8th.
