Bond Question on November 7th will read:
Shall the Board of Education of the Hobbs Municipal School District No. 16, County of Lea, State of New Mexico, be authorized to issue general obligation bonds of the District, in one series or more, in the aggregate principal amount not exceeding $50,000,000, for the purpose of erecting, remodeling, making additions to and furnishing school buildings, purchasing or improving school grounds, purchasing computer software and hardware for student use in public schools, providing matching funds for capital outlay projects funded pursuant to the Public School Capital Outlay Act; or any combination of these purposes, said bonds to be payable from general (ad valorem) taxes and to be issued and sold at such time or times upon such terms and conditions as the Board may determine.

Debe autorizarse a la Junta de Educacion del Distrito Hobbs Municipal Schools No. 16 de Hobbs, Condado de Lea, Estado de New Mexico, a emitir bonos de obligaci6n general del Distrito, en una serie o mas, por un monto principal agregado que no exceda los $50,000,000, con el prop6sito de erigir, remodelar, hacer adiciones y amueblar edificios escolares, comprar o mejorar los terrenos escolares, comprar software y hardware de computadora para uso de los estudiantes en las escuelas publicas, proporcionar fondos de contrapartida para proyectos de desembolso de capital financiados de conformidad con la Ley de Desembolso de Capital de Escuelas Publicas ; o cualquier combinaci6n de estos prop6sitos, dichos bonos seran pagaderos con impuestos generales (ad valorem) y seran emitidos y vendidos en el momento o momentos segun los terminos y condiciones que la Junta determine.
