Jefferson fifth-graders portraying American patriots load up in a prop "boat" Thursday that will cross the Potomac as well as play a key role in the Boston tea party. The students, who have spent a week rehearsing parts in a colonial America drama, performed at the school at 9 a.m. Friday and at NMJC at 1 p.m.
